Our repeat customers and the volume of work we introduce help us agree competitive rates with panel firms. We pass those negotiated rates on to you, so your quote can be lower than approaching the same firm directly. The price depends on your property and circumstances; savings are not guaranteed on every matter.
02Can I really get started within the hour?
Our digital onboarding is designed to get you set up within an hour during working hours, once we have your required details and the necessary checks are complete. More complex matters or additional checks can take longer. This refers to onboarding, not the time needed to complete your property transaction.
03Is Millennium Legal a firm of solicitors?
We are an introducer to independent, SRA-regulated law firms. We help you find a suitable solicitor, explain your quote and support your initial onboarding. Your appointed law firm is responsible for your legal advice and conveyancing.
04What is included in my quote?
Your written quote will set out the legal fees and known third-party costs for the information you provide. Ask the team to explain VAT, searches, registration fees and any property-specific charges. If the scope of your matter changes, your firm should explain any additional charges before you agree to them.
